We accept all major credit and debit cards through the Stripe and PayPal options on this site. PayPal and Stripe processes your payment securely on our behalf so you can rest assured your card details are kept safe. PayPal also offer to pay in three instalments if you would like to spread the cost of your purchase over three  payments (Please note your contract is with PayPal and not Maple Molly’s for these terms)

Due to the fragile and perishable nature of our products, we only ship to the UK and Ireland. This site will only calculate postage for the UK and Ireland. 

At Maple Molly’s we have stock and made to order Favours and Gifts. If ordering a stock item this is normally despatched in one to two days via Royal Mail or next working day if ordered before 1pm with DPD next working day. If you are ordering a made to order item your postage transit time will begin once despatched.

Free Standard Postage for spends over £100 (Cart Value without postage)

Our standard non signed for parcels are with Royal Mail, Royal Mail can deliver to a safe place or neighbour as per their terms and conditions.

Maximum (UK Mainland) postage is £10.95 for items weighing over 2000g and will be posted via courier normally next day delivery but can take up to two working days.

We offer a bespoke personalised service at Maple Mollys, we do need a few days to process and manufacture your order. All depending on the quantity ordered, the chocolate and materials can all add to the processing time.

On average an order of 30 lollipops will take 3-7 working days to complete and then despatch, this can also be effected by seasonal periods such as Christmas/Easter etc which can lengthen the production period to 7-10 working days. If you require your order urgently we do advise choosing a guaranteed postage at checkout as we cannot be held responsible should there be postage delays if this option is not chosen on short notice orders.

We do recommend ordering in advance for any event, we do take bookings and you can pre order up to 12 months before your event, your order will then be booked into a prime slot to be received at your chosen time. Pre bookings do require payment in full and is fully refundable up to 28 days before your date of event.

At Maple Molly’s we use the finest Belgian Chocolate used by chocolatiers all over the world. the majority of our feedback relates to our delicious chocolate but samples are available to purchase should you wish to try before you commit to your Wedding favours, please contact us with a list of what items (maximum three), chocolate and bow colour choice from our wedding section. Please note these will not be personalised but we can send you some sample labels in your chosen colours so you can get an idea of the look.

We do get asked most days to provide samples free of charge but this is no longer possible, the price will be per favour and a postage charge of £4.25. Thank you for your understanding.

At Maple Molly’s our chocolate has no less than a 12 month best before date from production, however we do recommend that once your order is received it is consumed within three to four months to enjoy the chocolate at its best, although the chocolate is perfectly fine as long as stored correctly.

Chocolate is best stored in stable room temperature condition, we recommend that you store your purchase in its box in a cool cupboard away from bright lights, strong odours and heat. Please do not store your chocolate in a cold place such as a refrigerator as a rapid change in temperature may cause your chocolate to bloom, dis-colour or even alter the taste. 

Solid chocolate items have a longer shelf life then filled chocolate items, most of our gift items will have a best before end included on the labelling but some bespoke, made to order items will not (please note this is a best before and not an expiry date) if you have ordered a made to order or bespoke item and are unsure, please email [email protected] for clarification.

Our Belgian Chocolate Brand is nut and Gluten Free and although we are very careful at Maple Molly’s we cannot guarantee our chocolate once it is manufactured into your gift/favours to be Nut/Gluten free, we do work in a kitchen that may contain traces of Nuts, Gluten and specific allergens, please contact us before purchasing should you have any concerns.

  • Milk Chocolate: 33.5% Cocoa Content: Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole Milk Powder, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla.
  • Dark Chocolate: 55% Cocoa Content: Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla.
  • White Chocolate: 28% Cocoa Content: Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole Milk Powder, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla.

Due to new COVID-19 measures we are afraid we cannot offer a return on wrongly sent goods, faulty/damaged consumable products, should you receive an item that is faulty or damaged in the post our only obligation is to refund or replace the damaged or faulty items.
